If you have an athlete racing at the YSL Championships please consider volunteering by helping to sell our YSL Championship sweatshirts, stickers and ski straps! We have a brand new BSSEF tent that will be put up at the Summit back deck with all of our great gear to sell!
Everyone wants to watch their athlete race and that is why we need your help so we can have good coverage at the tent throughout the 3 days and let parents watch their kids. Please consider signing up for any amount of time on one of the 3 days. We need your help to make this event a big success at our home hill. There has been an incredible amount of work already put into the event by a few key volunteers --- now we need others to sign up and help. So if you don’t have a job for the YSL Championships – this is it J–selling sweatshirts is fun and easy.
Please email Tina Coyle at tinacoyle@bresnan.net if you can help in our event tent . Let me know a day and time that works best! Thank you for your help – this is going to be a great event for all!

Peter (Chief of Race) expresses his thanks to all of the volunteers and officials who helped make the SG series at Big Sky a success this past weekend.
We are going to setup and run a complete timing system on Hangman's this Saturday in order to prepare for the upcoming SG races. If you are interested in participating:
Meet at the Race Shack at the base of the Ramcharger chair lift by 9:15am.
If you are going to join the crew in the timing shack on Hangman's, consider bringing a pair of comfortable boots.
Bring a lunch to eat on the mountain.
Plan on training until 3:00pm
This is a great (and rare) opportunity to see how the timing system is set up and works outside of an actual race. In other words, it's a good time to make mistakes and learn from them.
Click here for more information. You'll need to review online materials and print and bring relevant study guides and Alpine Officials' Manual chapters to the clinic.
