The Northern Division requires that the following forms be submitted by 12/1/12 by a) all U16's and older and b) all U14's who wish to be eligible to compete in the Tri-Divisional Championships or intend to take advantage of the opportunity to compete at selected Junior races this season:
- Financial Agreement
- Hold Harmless & Indemnity Agreement
- Medical Release
- Team Agreement
