The deadline for the $80 discounted fee for a FIS inscription for alpine competitors has been extended to August 18, 2009. USSA has been having technical difficulties that have interrupted the online membership registration service.
This is a reminder for (J2 and older) alpine athletes who wish to
be inscribed to the Alpine FIS list at the $80 rate. The deadline for
registration is August 15, 2009. After August 15, Alpine FIS registration goes to $150.
To complete FIS registration at the $80 rate, athletes
must hold a current USSA Alpine Competitor membership for the 2009-10 season
including any division or state dues that may apply. The easiest way to complete registration for USSA and FIS
in one transaction is through online registration. Go to http://www.ussa.org and log in to your account through the Online Registration link under Membership Tools on the right of the page.
