The BSSEF's annual awards dinner and silent auction has been tentatively scheduled for the evening of Saturday, 4/4/09. If you are interested in being the chairman/woman for the event (or to volunteer in any other capacity), please contact James Bildahl. Rachel Vaughn has already volunteered to take the lead on acquiring donated items for the silent auction.

Hey everyone...the first silent auction item that I am aware of is a 6 night stay in Coral Bay St. John, U.S.V.I.'s
Another auction item is a three course home cooked dinner for five dropped off at winning bidder's home.
A third auction item that will be up for bid is a photo shoot with a very well known local photographer.
A fourth auction item is a trio of trees planted professionally in your yard.
A fifth auction item will be a private ski lesson with a very well known and sought after alpine ski instructor.
A sixth item is a very large specialty foods basket from the Bozeman Co-op, it will be on display at the auction.
A seventh item up for the silent auction will be a gorgeous necklace with semi precious stones put together by a local jeweler.
So, let's band together and make sure we invite all of our friends for this upcoming dateless event and make it a bunch of fun!!!...will keep you posted with silent auction, Rachel Vaughn

An eighth item up for the silent auction is an HOUR massage donated by Sarah Gibbs of Peace Through Touch Massage Therapy practice in Big Sky....
